Are MNTL magnetic tiles compatible with other brands?
MNTL's 7cm standard magnetic tiles are designed to be compatible with other standard-sized magnetic tile systems. However, magnetic strength, shapes, and dimensions may vary between brands, so compatibility may differ between individual products.
What's the difference between Mini and Standard Magnetic Tiles?
Our Mini Magnetic Tiles are 3.75cm, making them compact and easy to bring along when you're on the go. Our Standard Magnetic Tiles are 7cm, offering larger building surfaces for bigger creations. Both can be combined for even more creative possibilities.
Are the MNTL Mini tiles compatible with the standard tiles?
Yes! Our 3.75 cm Mini Magnetic Tiles can be combined with our 7 cm Standard Magnetic Tiles, allowing children to mix different sizes and create even more imaginative builds.
Can I combine different MNTL sets?
Absolutely. MNTL sets are designed to complement one another. You can combine standard tiles, mini tiles, ball run sets and expansion sets to create larger and more complex builds.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Singapore.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 4 working days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotions, and public holidays.
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
We offer free local delivery with $100 minimum spent.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We do not process cancellations. For changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes.

What if my tiles arrive damaged or incomplete?

Toy Safety
Can the tiles be used by children under 3 years old?
MNTL magnetic tiles are recommended for children 3 years and above. Magnetic toys should be kept away from children who are too young to use them safely, and children should be supervised during play.
What should I do if a tile breaks and a magnet becomes exposed?
Stop using the product immediately and keep it away from children. Do not attempt to repair or continue using a damaged tile. Contact MNTL Singapore for assistance.
Can MNTL tiles be washed?
The tiles can be wiped with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking the tiles or exposing them to excessive water, as moisture may damage the magnets or internal components.
Are MNTL magnetic tiles safe?
Yes. Our magnetic tiles are independently tested to recognised European toy safety standards, including EN 71-1 (Mechanical & Physical Safety), EN 71-2 (Flammability), and EN 71-3 (Migration of Certain Elements).
What are MNTL tiles made of?
Our magnetic tiles are made from ABS plastic, magnets, and steel rivets.
